I’m a journalist with years of experience writing and editing articles on sleep and health. I previously worked at Forbes, Healthline and Reviewed, part of the USA Today Network. In my roles as an editor and writer I’ve done everything from the hands-on work of testing products to determine which are truly the best, to diving into the complexities of everyday materials, like latex. I have experience managing freelance writers and shepherding dozens of articles through the assigning, editing, and publishing process each month.
My other storytelling interests include the environment, climate, and politics, which I covered at the Massachusetts legislature in the past as a Statehouse program reporter. I’m also an avid listener and public radio fan—when I lived in Salt Lake City, I even worked as an intern at KUER, my hometown’s local NPR station.
In my spare time, I love napping, visiting National Parks, baking, hiking, biking, doing art, and reading.
I’m a graduate of the Master’s of Science in Journalism program at Boston University and a University of Utah alum. Currently, I’m pursuing my J.D. at the University of Washington School of Law.
